Tempest - Update

So the inked and colored version of my latest incarnation of Tempest. With as much effort and time i've been putting into the story behind this, i want to get this design as close to perfect as i'm gonna make it, lol. I wanted to put more emphasis in the glowing sections, and also to make it seem less "Human" and more "alien" by design. Probably didnt accomplish that this time, but i'm sure the next re-design will be closer, lol.
