Yet another render of my concept mech, Tempest. The last one i eventually grew dissatisfied with(probably gonna happen with this one too...always updating it), and decided to try a new style when coloring it. Aside from the updated body with more details, i tried to color this less flat/cell shaded/animated. Overall, i much more pleased with this, and hopefully, wont decide to throw it away and do another in the future, haha.
Originally an ink drawing Colored in Photoshop 20-30 hours. Previous found here... [link] *Update* 7-21-09 Felt like updating the design abit to keep it up to standards with another design i'm currently working on. Went ahead smoothed out a few portions, as well as a few additional details, mainly to a plate like design over the chest. Also fixed some of the "glowing" effects around the lit portions, as well as a glow to the core at the torso. |
